Duane Pedrioli

Duane Pedrioli, born and raised in Modesto California then moved to Ukiah California, first obtained his license to practice plumbing back in 1984. From a very young age he was involved with construction. By the age of 19 he built and owned his own home with his first wife and two sons Nathan and Brandon. With that being said he’s been in the plumbing industry almost his whole life. After having his license for a few years, he ended up moving to the Santa Rosa area to work. Duane worked for 2 of the most prominent and well known plumbing companies in Sonoma County. During this time he met his second wife Cherri. Cherri Pedrioli

Cherri is was born raised in Sebastopol California and is proud to be a Sonoma County native. She began her career as a nurse but soon found that she was interested in business. She soon landed a job with a local construction company as a receptionist in the early 1980’s. She was quickly promoted to purchasing and then accounting and eventually became the regional sales manager. With little opportunity to grow, she moved on to another local firm specializing in Wells and then onto another large plumbing firm in Petaluma. Her expertise helped the firm navigate tough times and was instrumental in positioning the business for acquisition in 2003. With the sale came opportunity and Custom Plumbing was formed.  Cherri is passionate about her family and enjoys spending time with her 5 children and 5 grand children. She loves boating, camping and loves the beach! She also happens to be an Alternative Healthcare Practitioner at the company she create, Reconnect Mind Body Soul. She also happens to be the first President of the Sonoma County Holistic Chamber of Commerce.

Craig Wagner

Craig Wagner was born in Southern California and moved to the bay area in 1986. Craig has been in the plumbing industry for 43 years, from apprentice to business partner. Craig was instrumental in helping the Pedriolis found Custom Plumbing in 2004.

Ed Anderson

Ed was born in Seattle Washington and moved here with his family in 1961. He has been in the plumbing field for 21 years. Starting out working for a Water Well Drilling Company analyzing water samples and designing water filtration equipment. He worked for a Wholesale Plumbing company before coming to Custom Plumbing. He holds a California T2 Water Treatment License and a D2 Water Distribution License. He studied Electronics, HTML, CSS, and Graphics. There are rumors that he spent 10 years playing lead guitar with a touring rock band. Ed’s role here is as a Purchasing Agent and Project Manager and occasionally you will find him on a fork lift or fixing computers.

Nanci Stewart

Nanci Stewart was born in San Francisco, CA. Her family moved to Novato in 1977 and is currently living in Santa Rosa, CA. She has one daughter, and 2 granddaughters. Nanci has worked in the administrative field for most of her life for small businesses, and has been with Custom Plumbing of No. CA., Inc. for 3 years.
